Hudson Brewing Company is located in an actual warehouse. The vibe is cool, there's plenty of seating, tables for small and larger groups, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit. There are also a few games like darts and I think shuffleboard. We tried a few beers and some I enjoyed and others not so much, but they let you try small samples or you can even do a flight. Plenty of parking and there is a food truck with small bites. The pretzels were delicious (!!!) and the buffalo wings were way too spicy (my partner who loves spice agreed they were tough to eat). Overall I thought this was a pretty good brewery, and I would certainly go back if I find myself in Hudson again!
This is a great cute place with some delicious beer. The food is pretty mediocre though so don't come looking far anything too good. Otherwise, I recommend checking it out for sure.
My GF and I thought the beer was pretty good here. We primarily stick with NEIPAs and I could drink a couple of these and be happy. I like the look of the place although we didn't really like the industrial parking lot feeling. We did not like the food. It was really greasy and over sauced. It was BBQ when we were there. It seems like they didn't trim the pork butt or Brisket and just let them swim in all of the rendered fat. It was not appetizing.
Great and tasty selection of beer, awesome outdoor space with plenty of parking. The staff was super friendly and courteous, even staying open late for our large group. It was easy to host a large group and the fire pit was great. They were friendly and easy to work with via email and even saved us a few tables. A great place to post up with a group of friends.
It's located in the industrial complex that houses the Antique Warehouse and is rustic and interesting, with dual outdoor patios and picnic tables, and a large indoor seating area and bar. The food served from their food truck is solid, with a tasty grilled chicken sandwich. Fries are average. Dark ale is very good. Not on the same level as Union Brewery but a good dog friendly stop
Solid spot for friends. Enjoyed the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Of all things I didn't love the beers. Had fun playing ring toss and darts.
Ok so it's in a funky spot and at first my friend thought we were taking her to this big looking warehouse to end her but after you turn the corner, you see the brewery! Fabulous beer selection that can appeal to many, vast interior space that has expanded, seats outside and a food truck. We had the sours and they were absolutely amazing!! One tasted like cherry syrup and the other like orange Hi-C. We also had chicken bites and tortellini salad off the food truck which were affordable, hella tasty and a decent portion. Will be returning when I hit the area up again for thrifting
Tasty local craft beer in a fun space. There was a live band on a recent Saturday night. Patrons packed the inside and spilled out onto the tables in front. A food truck operation saw burgers and dogs grilled before your eyes. The beer is tasty; I've sampled a number of their offerings and found it to all be palatable and enjoyable. Cocktails are also available if beer's not your thing. I even saw some people drinking water. The crowd seems to comprise a good mix of locals and visitors. Service is attentive and the restrooms nice and clean. Whenever I'm in Hudson, it feels good to come by for a couple pints.
A rustic feel, plenty of seating, above average beer, and truck parts on the ceiling. That pretty much sums up this cool, hard to find brewery on the outskirts of Hudson. It makes a great stop as you are about to head back to your Air BnB. The beer was affordable, $16-$20 for a take home four pack, about $7 a full pour, or $12 for a generous flight. The dark stuff (stout and porter) were both good, the pale ale was clean, but the IPA lacked depth. Still, I would recommend coming here for the atmosphere and dark beers, as the place has a very good vibe. The service was good...and Also, really clean bathroom!
